Change history for NFC

1. In AndroidManifest.xml
   Add:
		<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.NFC" />
		<uses-feature android:name="android.hardware.nfc" android:required="true" />
	
   Change attributition of RequestCardActivity, change launchMode to SingleTask is mandatory:
